My aunt wants me to color her hair tomorrow, and I need some extra advice. She has dark brown hair with some highlights. She has about 6 inches regrowth of the dark brown. She wants to go to a chesnut brown, maybe a warm medium brown. What do I use, and how do I cover her regrowth AND the highlights, making it one even shade?

i can help you with the red on blonde part... sally beauty stores has this unred stuff. i used it today and it helps make the blonde part not turn out red when you go to a brown color. good luck
