id call that dark brunette with caramel highlights...very pretty. (even though i think shes a whore...and skanky as all get out.)

it looks like she used medium blonde hair dye. I have dark brown hair and blonde dye does that to my hair, the best colours for brown hair depend on your colour pallet; if you have a cool colour pallet then go for a light light blonde, kind of white, streaks. If you have a warm colour pallet then go for red and honey colours. Hope this helps.
