I have been getting blonde, brown, and red highlights in my hair for the past 3 years. Can I use store bought hair color to change it back to brown?

Yep.. you usually can. Just make sure you use a one-step procces to do it. If ou go the two-step way, you may fry your hair irreprably. In fact, you might want to start with a semi-permanent color.. they usually last 3-4 weeks and are easier on your hair.
